Recipe (3-4 people):
500 g Pork belly (sliced)
1 kilo of potatoes
25 g Butter
2 tsp flour
1 bunch of parsley
2 cups of milk
0.5 tsp sugar
Salt \u0026 Pepper
THE PORK NEEDS 30 mins in the oven at 225 degrees celsius / 437 degrees Fahrenheit
