Gentle rain with a view of the forest without music and thunder. The two hours of rain have a relaxing effect on the soul and help to wind down after a hard day. The autumn colors (warm colors) also help well with sleepless nights. The colors calm the eyes and the brain better. Warm colors are always better for sleeping. A little tip on the side, also set the colors of the display/monitor to warm colors, then the effect is even greater. I wish you a lot of fun and enjoy it :)
