Leaders who are cedars, seek stardom, notoriety, celebrity and recognition for themselves, they may as well cede their influence. They are influencing in the pursuit of acknowledgement not accomplishment. Leaders who are seeders leave a lasting and worthwhile legacy. Seeders are leaders who plant, nurture, protect and cultivate seeds worthy of reproduction. Seeds of good ideas, discipline, loyalty, commitment, hard work, persistence and grit are seeds which bear fruit worth harvesting.” J Loren Norris
