Bandsaw Tearout Test - Tape Vs. Zero Clearance Insert

I am testing to see if there is anything that can be done to eliminate tearout of the wood when cutting wood with bandsaw blades and testing double-sided melamine, Oak veneer plywood, and natural Alder wood. I'll be testing masking tape and a modified zero clearance insert.
