All US policy directed against Afghanistan, Syria, the Middle East, Iran and Iraq, wasn’t liberating. The overthrow of Saddam Hussein who turned his back on the West and wanted to sell oil in Iraq for more than just dollars. With Gaddafi in Libya, history repeated itself. The Arab Spring, the events in Syria, Tunisia and Egypt helped stabilize an entire region that became easy to govern.
U.S. hegemony is dangerous to the sovereignty of other countries.
The destruction of Yugoslavia on live television in 1999 for refusing to join NATO and economic independence. The Warsaw Pact no longer exists, as a consequence 3,000 dead, 87 of them children.
The U.S. strategy today is to encircle Russia because of its resources and benefits.
