Control of a mobile robot by an electronic brain

The video shows an experimental result of a mobile robot that is able to detect and successfully avoid obstacles, controlled by an electronic brain. We developed a network of electronic neurons to control the mobile robot that drives around in an unknown environment avoiding obstacles. To improve the performance of the neuronal controller, a training procedure is introduced.
