Mark Kampf, the Nye County Clerk in Nevada led the first hand count in the country (since hand counts were replaced by machines many years ago). It is historic. This might be a blip in time if there were not so many claims of fraud and malfeasance about the "machines" used for elections. The ACLU tried to stop the count many times and Nye County was scheduled to have more time to count but ended up in a mad rush at the end of the election. Mark shares the story.
