Mauna Loa Eruption: White Hat, Mother Nature, or Both?

The Universe was asked if the volcanic activity in Mauna Loa was natural in origin, originated by human manipulation, or a combination of the two? Is there truth to the rumors that an underground cleanup is going on there?
