Wakanda Forever Black Panther 2 Winds DOWN | Avatar 2 The Way Of The Water Gears UP | Disney Animation Studios Strange World DIES

Wakanda Forever Black Panther 2 turns in a fairly weak $17M 4th weekend box office when compared to it's cumulative run to this point and considering its whopping $250M production budget. The film still needs to reach about $800M in total global box office just to make a comfortable break even on Disney Marvel Studios' investment and perhaps make a few dollars of profit.

AVATAR 2 The Way Of The Water according to James Cameron needs to be one of the top 5 all-time grossing films (non-inflation adjusted) just to break even and initial projections are making that look very difficult.

Violent Night from Universal Pictures opens a bit above projections, but with a mere $20M budget, this film should have little problem turning a positive return on investment.

Finally Disney's Strange World drops dead in the box office. No Surprise.
