Job rotation and trainee and mentoring procedures

Job Rotation is rotating employees from a department to another department in the company to extend their awareness of different fields in which the company works and help in identifying the job where each employee fits best.
Mentoring is an active and mutual relationship in a work environment between an advanced career incumbent (mentor) and a beginner (mentee) aiming to introduce the mentee to the work environment at the company and the career development of both. Mentoring has a good impact on increasing the retention for employees, speeding up new workers' time, reducing turnover costs, making the company more productive and focusing on people as the most important asset for the business.
Trainees System goals to deliver a guideline for joining trainees from different institutions as universities, vocational centers and diploma students who are interested in training at the Company and to provide a methodology for selecting potential nominees for future job vacancies.
