Mom Saves Little Girl from Raccoon Attack, Chucks It Across Yard

TERRIFYING: A Connecticut mother saved her young daughter from an aggressive raccoon that attacked the little girl on their family's front porch as she headed to the bus on Friday. “I heard her screaming and ran to see what was going on. I thought maybe she slammed her hand in the door, I was not expecting to see a raccoon attacking her,” Logan MacNamara, the mother, told Storyful. “If I didn’t have the video I wouldn’t be able to tell you exactly what happened, it all happened so fast.” MacNamara says they went to the hospital and, although they have not been able to capture the raccoon to test it for rabies, she and her daughter will be receiving rabies vaccines.
