Some gear I'm using here that I'm really fond of: The Luxe Hexpeak 2P Tipi shelter. The Silky Gomboy 240. My frozen Keen Targhee boots. My fixed-blade single-tang PKS Mountain Lion belt knife. The BCB British Canteen of Osprey NATO water bottle 58-pattern fame, along with the BCB NATO Crusader Cup. The Big Blue 28W Solar Charger, which is fine in certain circumstances, but did not pass every test here. I'm extremely happy with the Hillsound BTR Ultralight Backpacking Stool - it has earned a permanent spot in my pack. The kettle of my dreams is with me on this trip, it is the iBasingo (Boundless Voyage) 1.4 L Titanium Kettle with Filter. Backpack is the Kelty Redwing 50, which I never use in summer, but was great for this outing.
