Gail Small, Head Chief Woman, is a Northern Cheyenne leader and serves as a Health Equity Advisor to Direct Relief. Gail invited Direct Relief to share with the general public the story of the native peoples of the United States, showcasing today's realities, as well as the beauty of their resilience in the face of systemic challenges:
