Houston police make arrest for murder of rapper Takeoff

Houston police have made an arrest in connection with the murder of the rapper known as "Takeoff."

Police say Takeoff, whose real name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, was an innocent bystander fatally shot November 1st during an argument over a dice game.

33-year-old Patrick Xavier Clark was taken into custody in Houston Thursday evening. Clark will face murder charges while 22-year-old Cameron Joshua, who was also arrested, is charged with the unlawful carrying of a weapon.
