Imagine hitting a home run but not even realizing it...in today's new video I talk about how oftentimes we get so focused on achieving the end goal that we don't even stop to appreciate all of the little wins and home runs we're hitting along the way. And I am often guilty of this. I set massive goals and expect a lot from myself to achieve them. But these journeys of course take a really long time so I may be hitting daily home runs but by staying too focused on just the end goal, I'm sometimes not realizing the importance of journey to reaching these goals. I don't control when my body finishes the healing process, I don't control the speed at which my body adapts physically to those goals, and don't control how many people see my posts or my videos, but I can keep working hard and stay in the fight!
