Summary,,, I first sliced my fruit, 2 Tbls Lemon in Large Bowl full of water, strain and pat dry, I decided to Set my dehydrator to 115 degrees and set timer for 6 hours, I did go back after 2 hours and flipped slices.
Depends on dehydrator, thickness of slices, personal preference on dryness,
Basic
Dehydrator 115 to 135 degrees 5 to 12 hours Bake till hard or to your preference
Oven 175 to 200 degree, 4 to 8 hours, check every hour, bake till hard or to your preference
