Fattest Toddler In China

This Chinese child has surprised everyone with its size. It measures 1.07 meters ( feet, 6 inches) and weighs 60 kilos (132lb). So strange to see how they feed. But is that the most surprising of all is that only three years. The boy called Xiao Hao, is the town of Shunde and is hospitalized at the hospital of Guangzhou in Guangdong province because its size causes health problems.
