Truck drivers in South Korea are on strike with some even shaving their heads in protest over minimum pay and safety negotiations with the government. It's threatening a raft of industries, and the government has taken an unprecedented step to issue a start work order. Global Korea Scholar at Korea University, Jack Greenberg, tells The World it’s the second time this year truck drivers have held such strikes.
