Frontline medics treat wounded in Ukraine's east

In a field hospital behind the eastern Bakhmut frontline, Ukrainian paramedics treat a soldier wounded from intense fighting in the Donetsk region on Thursday (December 1). Russian forces have repeatedly tried to seize Bakhmut, which sits on a main road leading to the cities of Sloviansk and Kramatorsk. Both are situated in the industrial Donbas region, which Moscow has yet to fully capture.
