US Air Force Shortwave Messages: Cracking the cryptic format of EAMs. (Part 3 of 3)

HIGHLIGHTS:
00:06 PART THREE
00:18 30 char EAMs seem to be in a format of 6 groups of 5 characters.
03:25 Disregarded messages may support the previous assertion.
05:19 The first 2 characters of any EAM may indicate its priority/other.
10:18 Three EAMs idiosyncratic in format, including 2 which may have signalled the American military believing the Russian Special Military Operation in Ukraine was about to begin.

13:40 PART FOUR
15:35 Two greater than 30 character EAMs broadcast on January 29 seem to give away a possible encryption error in a broadcast EAM.

This is the third of a three-part video discussing the hypothetical possibility of decrypting US Air Force Emergency Action Messages (USAF EAMs), and the very real possibility of improving the lacklustre documentation of these messages, their format, and overall information about them that is available online. This is informed by the numerous recordings of EAMs that I have made for the #INTERNETFREQUENCYSQUAD video series, which is uploaded to this channel and available on a singular playlist for ease of perusal.

Part 3 of this video is actually a two-for-one, containing Parts 3 and 4 from what I originally meant to be one mega-video. The above highlights/timestamps call out the most notable parts of this video, including the rudimentary establishment of the format and syntax of 30 character EAMs. EAMs that are unique in their format are isolated and contextualized as possible "predictors of war", and an EAM with a possible encryption error that was broadcast is compared to its apparently corrected counterpart.

The editing on this video series is going to be frustratingly poor because my laptop is on the absolute verge of death, so concessions have been made in terms of the formatting – that it has been split into parts is a happy occasion for any audience member that needs a break from my unfortunate accent, but is motivated by the fact my laptop cannot render a 40 minute video anymore, and even editing this video has been subject to numerous computer slowdowns, crashes, etc. If you'd like to throw a few dollars at me to help me purchase a new laptop that would be much appreciated, but continued support by liking and subscribing these videos is honestly even more appreciated since it tells me the added frustration is halfway worth it.
