US Air Force Emergency Action Messages (EAMs) broadcast on November 07 2022.
HIGHLIGHTS:
00:05 ALE broadcast
09:14 You can hear a second (male) operator start reading the same EAM during this 'main' broadcast.
28:00 Very weird "more to follow", but immediately disregards, and then begins a new EAM broadcast anyways. I think they can only "more to follow" when reading off a repeat, and the EAM they were about to read off was new.
43:37 GOODSHAW radio check (Reads off 11175 but is indeed broadcasting on 11175 *and* 8992 simultaneous)

"The HF-GCS is used by the United States Air Force to send instructions for their operations through messages, and most commonly send Emergency Action Messages (EAMs). The HF-GCS is not exclusive to the USAF, and is used by other countries too, but not as often. They also send higher priority messages known as “Skyking Messages” which will even be read over-top and interrupt an EAM to be read. Both of these messages are time sensitive and are read live in NATO Phonetic letters. The primary HF-GCS frequency is 11175 kHz, and it transmits 24/7 on that frequency as well as 8992 kHz. The HF-GCS also transmits on 4724, 6712 (Croughton), 6739, 13200, and 15016 during their scheduled times, which is still most of the day." - https://www.numbers-stations.com/usa/hfgcs/
