Ukraine reconstruction cost to rise 'quite a bit' -World Bank

The $350 billion reconstruction assessment for Ukraine is expected to go up "quite a bit", World Bank President David Malpass told the Reuters NEXT conference on Thursday (December 1), adding that replacing the country's infrastructure and electricity grid will be very expensive.
