Spain ramps up security in wake of letter bombs

Spain has stepped up security at public and diplomatic buildings after a number of letter bombs were sent out, including one to Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, one to the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid, and one to the U.S. embassy in Madrid. Louisa Naks reports.
