Deep sea creatures are organisms that live beneath the ocean's photic zone. These creatures must survive in extreme conditions, such as hundreds of bars of pressure, low oxygen levels, little food, no sunlight, and constant, extreme cold. Most creatures must rely on food that falls from the sky.
These creatures live in harsh environments, such as the abyssal or hadal zones, which are thousands of meters below the surface and almost completely dark. The water temperature ranges between 3 and 10 degrees Celsius and has a low oxygen content. The pressure is between 20 and 1,000 bars due to the depth. Creatures that can live for hundreds or even thousands of years
