How My Non-Instagram Sets Look (see description)

While most of my posts are heavy , compound lifts beyond failure, this is the reality of 90% of my workouts.
I take a weight and lift it for 8-20 reps and stop about 1-3 reps shy of failure for 3-5 sets. Failure meaning I can’t move at all through full range of motions.
Range of motion is everything. If you can’t lift through the entire ROM, LOWER THE DAMN WEIGHT!
Also, weighing 216 now, never felt it looked better in my life! Big things professionally has me AMPED!
