Lavrov questions very existence of European diplomacy of late

Responding to RT’s Igor Zhdanov on the current state of diplomatic relations between Moscow and Brussels, Russian FM Lavrov questioned the very existence of such an idea as ‘European diplomacy,’ pointing to Josep Borrell’s and Emmanuel Macron’s narratives against Russia since the start of the special military operation.
