In this video ill be explaining what exactly dropshipping is and how you can make money online.

1. Dropshipping is a business model it isn’t some new trendy thing that was started recently. In a normal online business the entrepreneur either produces the product themselves or buys products from a supplier.

2. If you are a new entrepreneur who doesn’t have a ton of capital how do you enter into the online business space? The way dropshipping works instead of buying that minimum quantity, you work with a supplier that is willing to sell you one product at a time. What you do is list a product on your online store and when a customer buys the product, you get your customers money and go to your supplier to buy that product. You will also have the supplier ship the product directly to your customer on your behalf.

3. The dropshipping model is just a really low risk way to start your own online business. You don’t have to store products in a warehouse, making sure they are packaged correctly, or ship the physical products to your customers because your supplier does all that for you. Now don’t think that you are going to have a ton of free time especially not at the beginning and that’s because you will have to do everything for you business and there are a ton of skills that you will have to learn.

5. The next con is the fact that there are a lot of people in the dropshipping space and it seems like everyone is trying to sell the same product.

6. The final con that we are going to talk about is the fact that you have to be prepared to test multiple products in order to find the winning product.
