- Personally I don't do meditations, rituals, spell work etc. It doesn't click with me so I would look for a intimate, personal direction when it's about spirituality.

🌱Elevation journaling - I dedicate 2 pages for a topic I'm insecure about. Using the first page to ask 3 specific questions (which repeats with each new topic), and then the 2nd page for a chant or affirmation to say when I'm feeling heavy or negative about it.
