Sim Settlements 2 For Science! - Ep 14 Sanctuary Upgrades

We’re continuing our experiment with organic settlement growth. We’ve completed two Settlements now: Sanctuary and Abernathy Farm. Before we move on, however, let’s see if we can do some upgrading. One of our goals is to unlock Advanced plots for Power, Water, Food, and Defense; in order to do that we need to upgrade as many of the basic plots as we can.

It’s also advantageous to upgrade the Recreation, Industry, and Commercial plots, as they give us bonuses or access to more materials.

We’ll start in Sanctuary, since it’s plots are the oldest and should hopefully be ready for upgrading now. We’ll see how many plots we can get to Level 2.
