BIDEN DENIES RAILROAD UNIONS THE RIGHT TO STRIKE

Biden has punted the current potential railroad strike to Congress for resolution.

Even after he previously claimed that he had personally insured that a potential strike had been avoided.

The so called "union President" is abandoning the unions to the dictates of Congress.

That doesn’t sound union friendly to me.

So, what can Congress do?

The Railway Labor Act was enacted by the United States Congress in 1926 in order that the U. S. government could regulate labor relations in the railroad industry.
