Missing 43 Project - Where is Daniel Barter? Missing Child

Last year, the F.B.I. came out with a list of 43 cases involving missing persons under the age of 21 that are in need of fresh leads. Many of these cases are decades old, but it is believed that the cases can be solved. The Missing 43 Project seeks to review and research the details surrounding each case, present a video on each of the missing persons and promote awareness in the effort to obtain leads.
