US congresswoman claims El Salvador president victimized her via tweet

The US has accused yet another nation of meddling in its elections, this time blaming the president of El Salvador. The claims, however, come despite Washington's own admissions of interfering in other countries when US interests are at stake. RT's Caleb Maupin has the story.
