The Bank of England (BoE) has increased interest rates for the 5th consecutive time, Boris’s Government are telling us inflation will be at 11% before the end of the year and the Government has also released its rental reform whitepaper titled ‘A Fairer Private Rented Sector’. A lot has happened this week and it could have a major negative impact on the private rented sector (PRS) and Buy To Let landlords.
