NATO to reassure Russia's nervous neighbors

NATO foreign ministers will on Wednesday (November 30) seek to reassure fragile countries in Russia's neighborhood that they fear could be destabilised by Russia as the conflict in Ukraine drags on, squeezing energy supplies and pushing up prices.
