Juan O Savin gives a rundown to the updates on the 11 23 2022 SCOTUS docketed case of Brunson v. Adams,et al., that he feels has great merit in supporting with some of those from the Senate like Ted Cruz who had many Questions as to why the House did not investigate the Certification of the 2020 Election for this irregularity that was clearly NOT Constitutional. Juan states here they are filing Amicus briefs.. these are filed by amicus curiae, or “friend of the court,” a third party who has a special interest or expertise in the case and wants to influence the court’s decisions in a particular way..
