Ukraine is plunged into darkness after Russian strikes knocked out electricity

People have turned to candles to light their homes and workplaces as Ukraine has been plunged into darkness since Oct. 10, when Russian attacks on power facilities destroyed 40 percent of the country's energy infrastructure.
