The BEST method for making fondant potatoes.

People may think the best fondant potato recipe is difficult, but in reality it's quite simple. This week I'm getting started on it. I enjoy cooking mine with rosemary, garlic, butter, and beef stock. At this time of year, this is the ideal side dish for meals. Enjoy!

Ingredients-
➤ 4/5 potatoes (I used Maris Piper)
➤ 1 tbsp veg oil
➤ 2 cloves of garlic
➤ 100g butter
➤ Couple sprigs of rosemary
➤ Seasoning
➤ Enough beef stock to cover half of the potatoes when in the oven
