Cider Roasted Turkey Breast

This is what fall should taste like. Fresh, roasted turkey breast cooked in an apple cider, chicken stock and traditional herbs and veggies.

While the cider and turkey are the stars of the show, this turkey breast recipe has plenty more flavor. Along with the apple cider and chicken stock, we roast the turkey breast with onions and carrots.

To infuse even more fall flavor, we rub the turkey breast with a creamy mixture of butter, garlic, thyme and sage.

Then, to top it all off, we strain the cooking liquid, add salt, bring it to a boil and stir in corn starch to create an apple cider gravy you have to try.
