Sometimes side dishes are the mot exciting part of the meal. That can certainly be the case when your green bean recipe features crispy bites of salty prosciutto.

INGREDIENTS
Green beans
Prosciutto
Red wine vinegar
Almonds
Butter
Olive oil
Salt & pepper

If that looks like a can’t-miss list, we haven’t even gotten to the best part…these green beans only take a skillet and a few minutes to make.

The first step is to sauté the prosciutto in oil until it’s nice and crispy, then transfer it briefly to a plate. Then cook the green beans in oil for a few minutes before adding the red wine vinegar and cooking it down so the beans soak in the flavor. Last, add the butter and almonds for a smooth, nutty finish. And add the crispy prosciutto back in to complete the dish.
