Europe and USA on Collision Course

Europe is accusing the USA of profiting from the war between Russia and Ukraine, while exploiting the EU. There are also fears of a new trade war because of America’s new Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) which allegedly unfairly discriminates against EU firms. What does this all mean?
