Black Bean Brownies (Only 5 Ingredients)

For this recipe, you'll need:

- 1 and 3/4 cup of unsalted black beans (1 cans worth)
- 1 and 1/4 cup of date syrup
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of quick oats
- 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts

First, preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit (180° Celsius). Then add your beans, cocoa powder, and date syrup to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer this mixture into a mixing bowl and combine with the quick oats and chopped walnuts. Evenly distribute your batter into a baking dish and proceed to bake for 30 minutes.
