What About Iodine on Lion Diet/Carnivore? My Longest Fast, and Some Recent Lab Numbers.

In this video, I want to talk about something that is very important for all mammals, iodine. I will do a skin patch test to see if I am deficient and begin supplementing if I am. I also cover my longest water fast to date; 42 hours! Also, some recent lab/blood work numbers carnivores want to know.
