This guided WHM session consists of 3 rounds by 30 breaths with Alpha frequency beats sounding during breath-holds. Retention times for this breathing session: 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30. The session continues with the Alpha Reinforcement Exercise (meditation) by Jose Silva. This is an experimental combination for reaching an altered state of mind (Alpha state) after the WHM breathing that is undoubtedly an efficient and very beneficial combination.
