XINCHEN Glass Reactor with Packed Distillation Rectification Column Setup

XINCHEN 50liter glass reactor with fractionation distillation rectification column and packing column equipment is for manufacturing highly refined and purity product such as fine chemicals, plant protection agents, vitamins and pharmaceuticals, metal-free and highly corrosion-resistant material. With multipurpose glass overheads, and different kinds of packing.

The rectification column (packed tower/column) is a kind of vapor-liquid contact device for separation. The vapor pressure of each component is different at the same temperature, so the distillate in the liquid phase is transferred to the gas phase, and the residue in the gas phase is transferred to the liquid phase, so as to achieve the purpose of separation.

XINCHEN use glass coil condenser and shell & tube heat exchanger as heat exchangers for condensation of the vapors. And the rectification column can be up to 8 meters high.

It is a very ideal heat transfer device which is widely used in pharmaceutical and petrochemical industry.
