Chaos erupted in UK Parliament when Labour MP Sarah Owen refused to be silenced when making a point of order.

The row had spilled over from earlier in the month when Owen was among a group of Labour MPs told to shut up by a Tory backbencher who they said had failed to declare his property portfolio.
