A large snow storm dumping on the average of 36-42 inches of snow, dumped on the Southern Tier region in Binghamton, NY between December 16-17, 2020. The Susquehanna Railroad summoned a a call to run a snow plow extra from Binghamton to Port Jervis, NY over the former Erie Delaware Division. The narrow band snowstorm dump began to taper in depth once past Deposit, NY, and by Hancock, NY, depth tampered to 4-6 inches. I later learned that once the plow extra reached Port Jervis, NY, only a trace of snow was on ground. As a twist, the following week another storm rolled into the region. This one was heavy sold rain which totally dissolved the huge snowfall from the previous week
