Sled Drags for Cardio (see description)

Instead of doing cardio some nights, I’ll do 10 rounds of sled drags of about 20-30 yards in between coaching sessions at @legacyatcarbon . The concentric-only force used for sled drags will prevent soreness while working Im your cardiovascular system, quads (backwards), hamstrings (forwards) and helping your knee integrity.

I like to do these two times or more per week, sometimes daily!
