Roast a Whole Lamb Leg on a Tripod in an Outdoor Fire Pit

This recipe features a roasted lamb leg on tripod over an outside fire pit. A fire pit can be easily constructed ideally about 1 – 2 feet deep with earth or sides to keep in the heat. Build a large fire of hardwood and charcoal.
