In this video, I will discuss the Jose Alba Case, in which a 61 years old immigrant killed a 35-year-old attacker (Austin Simon) in self-defense (in his convenience store). Jose Alba has been charged with second-degree murder for killing his attacker. However, the charges should be dropped, and Jose Alba must be freed. Why? You'll know it in the video.

The story goes like Austin Simon's girlfriend visited the convenience store with her daughter to purchase a packet of chips. But their card was declined, and Jose Alba refused to give them the packet while taking it back from the girl's hand. After a while, Austin Simon, with his girlfriend and daughter, entered the store and forced Jose Alba to apologize to his girlfriend and daughter.
