So, Russia is defending it's new bill banning all LGBTQ propaganda by saying sexual preferences are not universal human rights. You can be LGBTQ in Russia that is your freedom but your propaganda ends where another persons freedom begins. So, ifyou are LGBTQ you can be in Russia just leave the propaganda at home.
